I highly recommend the realtor I worked with: Jodi Federle. A first-time home buyer, I began looking for a house or condo in early March 2023. Despite the low inventory and high mortgage rates, thanks to Jodi (and the excellent mortgage specialist she recommended), my offer on a condo in a popular beach town in southern Maine was accepted in late March and I closed a month later. From our first conversation, Jodi explained the market to me, the process of buying a home, and set up my first showing. Jodi’s extensive knowledge of the area and towns I was interested in allowed me to further hone in on what I was looking for, what was a dealbreaker to me, and I opened up to towns I didn’t even have on my radar. When I fell in love with a particular condo, Jodi read through the condo documents, the board association docs, and even called the condo board president to ask questions that we couldn’t find answers to in the reports. She kept in close communication with me during the entire process and worked double-time, in my opinion.
